Maintenance Plans

Our monthly maintenance plans can take the stress out of arranging your building maintenance. We can find you local contractor’s, arrange quote’s, and provide you with their insurance details, risk assessments and any other paperwork you require. If approved by yourselves, we can book the job in, and upon completion send you the contractors invoice for payment.
